Knox & Lincoln Rail Road Company
Knox and Lincoln Railway Company was organized in 1864 and sold to Penobscot Shore Line Railroad in 1890; the merged roads operated as Knox and Lincoln Railway Company, which was leased to Maine Central Railroad in 1891, and merged in 1901.
