Tuttle, Charles Albion, 1818-1888.
Charles Albion Tuttle served as Reporter of the Decisions of the California State Supreme Court and was twice elected state senator. He presided over the first Republican National Convention in 1856 and was one of four Presidential Electors on the 1860 ballot to elect Abraham Lincoln.
