Stuhlman, Otto, 1884-1965
Otto Stuhlman (1884-1965) was a professor of physics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 1920-1965. Stuhlman was born in Germany to Otto and Elizabeth Hensman Stuhlman. He was educated in the United States at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the University of Illinois. He was an instructor at the University of Pennsylvania, 1912-1917; the State University of Iowa, 1917-1919; and West Virginia University, 1919-1920; before joining the faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1921.
