Stanford University. Libraries. Associates
The Associates, founded in 1973, was a support organization to the University's libraries. In addition to raising money for library acquisitions, it hosted a number of programs, lectures and workshops that were free and open to the public. The association was disbanded in 2007 when its administrative funding was cut.
