Keep, W. J. (William John), 1842-1918
Engineer, stove manufacturer. Graduated from Union College, 1865. Moved to Detroit, 1884. Connected with the Michigan Stove Company for many years. Concentrated his studies on investigation of the properties of cast iron. Author of Cast Iron (1902). See biographical sketch in Who Was Who in America.
