Wisconsin. Bureau of Facilities Management
Reorganization of the Department of Administration (WIHV85-A694) in March 1971 resulted in the organization of the State Bureau of Facilities Management which combined the former Bureaus of Engineering (WIHV89-A419), Capital Development, and Capital Finance. Some of its functions came from the Bureau of Purchases and Services (WIHV89-A451). In 1979, the Bureau became the Division of State Facilities Management (WIHV85-A787).
The Bureau provided central engineering and architectural services for all state agencies and financial and management services for the state's capital financing program.
