Hill, Robert Wakeman, 1828-1909
Architect, of Waterbury, Conn.; served as architect for the state under governors Bigelow, Waller, Harrison, and Lounsbury; built state armories at Waterbury, New London, Bridgeport, Norwalk, and New Britain and furnished plans for a number of buildings.
