Chesney, Robert Harvey, 1954-
Robert H. Chesney was an engineer and rancher based in the Needles, California area. He worked on the construction of Davis Dam on the Colorado River and also served on the California Regional Water Quality Control Board for the Colorado River Basin Region for many years.
