The series documents the accounting of all cash received from both state and local funds. The records are used to report the total amount of cash received by fund account, the total amount disbursed, and the amount on hand in the office. Patients withdrawing funds from their personal funds sign a Withdrawal Voucher (DMH 647), which serves as a backup to the cash reports.
