Buckley Wildlife Sanctuary (Woodford County, Ky.)

Historical note: The Clyde E. Buckley Wildlife Sanctuary is operated by the National Audubon Society on land in Woodford County, Kentucky, which was donated by Lexington resident Emma E. Buckley in memory of her late husband. The 275 acre sanctuary, funded by a trust and local fund raising, serves as both a haven for flora and fauna and as an environmental education center.
