Brock, Glen P., 1896-1987.

Beginning with his first job with the Gulf, Mobile, and Northern Railroad in Mobile in 1922, Glen P. Brock, an Illinois native, would go on to become Vice President of the combined Gulf, Mobile, and Ohio Railroad in 1940, and then President of GM & O in 1957. In 1972 Brock became Chairman of the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad and Director of Illinois Central Industries.
