Whaling vessel, out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by Jeremiah Ludlow, on voyage from 3 May 1866-25 Nov. 1869 to the Commodore Morris, Western Islands, Cape Verde, Tristan, Pigeon, Middle, On the Line, Anadyr Sea, Arctic Ocean, Archer, California Coast, Galapagos, Kodiak, Northwest Coast, and Hawaiian Islands whaling grounds; owner-agent: Charles R. Tucker & Company; built at New York, N.Y., 1830; lost in the Arctic (this voyage), 1870.
