Healy, G. P. A. (George Peter Alexander), 1813-1894

George Peter Alexander Healy (1813-1894) was an American portrait painter. He studied in Paris and painted in the U.S. and Europe. His best known works were portraits of Daniel Webster, Longfellow, and a series of U.S. presidents.
