Wilfrid Laurier University. Institutional Relations.

Institutional Relations was created on July 1, 1983 to enhance communications both on Campus and with the community. This move merged Information, Publications, and Liaison. On October 1994 it was renamed University Relations. It was responsible for student recruitment, media relations, publications, and photographic services.
