Life on the Homefront Oral History Project

The Life on the Homefront Oral History Project was part of a major exhibit at the Museum of History & Industry commemorating the fortieth anniversary of the end of World War II, "Life on the Homefront: Seattle and King County During World War II." The 1985 exhibit looked at the difficulties, sacrifices, and heroism of local residents at home during wartime. The project was funded in part by a grant from Humanities Washington.
