Tenenbaum, Arnold, b. 1936.
Arnold Tenenbaum was born in 1936 in Savannah, Georgia. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1958 with a degree in philosophy and graduated Columbia University's Graduate School of Business soon thereafter. Upon completion of his education, he returned to Savannah where he began to work for his family's business, Chatham Steel Corporation. Throughout his career, Tenenbaum also played a very active role in the community donating much of his time to various local, state, professional, civic, and charitable organizations. In 2003, Tenebaum retired as president of Chatham Steel after working for forty four years. He now spends time between his homes in Savannah and Santa Fe, New Mexico and continues to play an active role in the community.
