Ida (Porter) Boyer, 1859-
Ida Porter Boyer was born in Middleport, Pa. She served as field secretary of the Pennsylvania Woman Suffrage Association, manager of the woman suffrage campaign in Oklahoma, and organizer for the National American Woman Suffrage Association. She was also active in suffrage campaigns in Oregon and Ohio. IPB was married to Alvah H. Boyer and had one son, Richard Porter Boyer, born in 1885.
