Widerstrom, Axel.
Axel was the son of Capt. John Widerstrom of Alaska Packers Association and sailed under his father at 16 years of age on the Alaska Packers Association ships Star of France (built 1877; ship, 3m) and Star of Holland (built 1885; bark, 3m) from 1919-1921.
