This series is used to report information to the Director of Nursing or the Nursing Executive Council. It documents activities and unusual occurences of patients, escapes of patients, employee absenteeism, outside consultation visits of patients, and the need for professional licenses for the staff. The Report of Patients (activities and unusual occurences) is made to the Director of Nursing. All other reports in the series are made to the Nursing Executive Council.
