Ontario Agricultural College. President. (1947-1950 : Reek)

William Reek became the first director of the Ridgetown College of Agricultural Technology, now known as Ridgetown College, in 1922. In 1937 he became Deputy Minister of Agriculture for Ontario. He was president of OAC from 1946-1950. As one of Canada's outstanding leaders, he was made a member of the Order of the British Empire and a Fellow of the Agricultural Institute of Canada, as well as receiving honorary degrees.
