Wilson, John Alexander, 1829-1909
John L. Wilson, a native of New York, was a teacher in Springfield, Illinois in August 1862 when he recruited and became captain of Company G, 114th Illinois Infantry. He was mustered in September 18, 1862, and mustered out August 3, 1865.
