Thirty-fourth Illinois Volunteers Veterans Association.

Organization formed in 1895 in Dixon, Ill. for the remaining veterans who had served in the 34th Illinois Infantry Regiment, during the Civil War, for the purpose of perpetuating friendships then formed, "cherishing the memory of comrades who fell", "to aid those who participated" and "to cherish a love of country and the imperishable union of states."
