Macintyre, Lorn Macinnes (b1942: English student, University of Stirling, Scotland)

Lorn Macinnes Macintyre was born in Taynuilt, Argyll, in 1942, and studied English at the University of Stirling . He is a novelist, television scriptwriter, short story writer, and poet. His books include the Chronicles of Inverness series.

The interview between Iain Crichton Smith and Lorn Macintyre was recorded at the poet's residence in Oban on Friday, 05 March, 1971, in connection with a project for the University of Stirling.
