McCrady, Jane Shackelford, 1854-1935.
South Carolina family. Louis DeBerniere McCrady (1851-1910) was the son of Louisa Rebecca Lane (1806-1877) and Edward McCrady (1802-1892), a Charleston, S.C. attorney, theologian, and South Carolina state representative. Louis DeBerniere McCrady married Jane Shackelford (1854-1935), and their children included John McCrady (b. 1884), Louis DeBerniere McCrady (b. 1885), and Emily Shackelford McCrady (b. 1890).
