O'Connor, Thomas W., 1924-2006.
Born in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Enlisted in the Army on May 11, 1943 at Newark, New Jersey after completing four years of high school and working as a railroad signal operator. Joined the 10th Mountain Division at Camp Hale, Colorado. Assigned to the 86th Infantry Regiment and served at Camp Swift Texas, and in Italy, where he was wounded in action. Following the war, professor of political science at Springfield College, in Springfield, Massachusetts.
