Cole Land Transportation Museum (Bangor, Me.)
Museum is part of Cole Family Foundation which is dedicated to preserving Maine history, promoting freedom, and raising the aspirations of Maine youth; location of State of Maine World War II Veterans Memorial, Maine Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and Maine Military Order of the Purple Heart Memorial (sponsored by Military Order of the Purple Heart, Dept. of Maine). Cole's Express was largest Maine freight company until its sale in 1992; owned by Galen L. Cole and the Cole family.
