Martin, William Franklin, 1863-1942
William Franklin Martin (b. July 19, 1863, Ripley, Ohio-d. April 15, 1942), Brigadier General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1885 and served in Cuba and the Philippines. During World War I, he was commander, 174th Infantry Brigade.
