Plummer, Edward C. (Edward Clarence), 1864-1932
Edward Clarence Plummer (1864-1932), publisher, editor, author, served as Commissioner of the U.S. Shipping Board from June 9, 1921 to March 20, 1932. He supervised the Bureau of Traffic and was Vice Chairman of the Shipping Board from February 7, 1924 until his death on March 20, 1932.
