American College of Bankruptcy (U.S.)

Collection dates to Oct. 2000 when the American College of Bankruptcy and the Biddle Law Library collaborated to create a national repository of materials relating to bankruptcy, reorganization of debt and the history of debtor-creditor relations. The collections houses the papers of individuals who have influenced the field of bankruptcy law, as well as organizations that have been relevant to its history.
