Olivia L. Aitchison Richardson was the wife (married 1867 July 24) of William Lambert Richardson (Harvard College A.B. 1864, M.D. 1867), an obstetrician who practiced medicine at the Boston Dispensary, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Lying-in Hospital, and Children's Hospital. He also was Dean of the Harvard Medical School from 1893-1907.
