Boston (Sloop of war)
U.S. Navy vessel; 18-gun sloop-of-war, was launched 15 October 1825 by Boston Navy Yard and commissioned the following year; mastered by George W. Stover, on voyage from 18 Feb.-1 Aug. 1832; served on the Mediterranean Station from 1830 to 1832.
