Patterson, William, 1790-1868
William Patterson (fl. 1863-1864), from near Athens, Ohio, was a federal soldier with the United States quartermaster and commissary service in Berkeley County, W. Va., and in the Shenandoah Valley in western Virginia, September 1863-July 1864.
