Cooke, John D. (John Daniel)

John Daniel Cooke was a professor of English at the University of Southern California during the first half of the twentieth century. He wrote on various literary subjects and edited the writings of others, and his publications include English literature of the Victorian period (1949) and Minor Victorian poets (1928).
