Pring, George H., 1885-1974.
Superintendent of the Missouri Botanical Garden, 1928-1963, after coming to the Garden in 1906; horticulturist born in England; trained in horticulture at Kew Garden. He was a specialist in hybridizing orchids and water lilies.
