Established in 1985, ACCESS is a nonprofit, non-partisan information service on international security and peace. Through a telephone referral service, regular publication series, ACCESS Resource Brief, and reference books on international affairs, ACCESS provides information on current international events and guides concerned citizens and experts to sources of information on issues such as US and foreign military policy, arms control, and regional conflicts; executive director: Mary E.
