The 1911 Boulder City Directory lists E. Christine Soderlund (widow of J. P.) and E. Fred Soderlund (miner) as residing at 2425 Pine Street. (Howe Mortuary records use Eva Christine.) The 1913-1914 directory lists Evelyn Soderlund, E. Catherine Soderlund, and George Soderlund at this address. No Soderlund or Sutherland is shown at 2425 Pine Street in the 1918 directory.
