DeBevoise, Charles I., -1958
Charles I. DeBevoise (b. Brooklyn, New York-d. Dec. 10, 1958, Glen Cove, N.Y.), U.S. Army officer, began his military career in the National Guard in 1895. He served in France during World War I as commander (then a colonel) of the 107th Infantry which was attached to the 66th British Division of General Byng's Third Army.
