Alley, Kristen, 1981-

Alley was raised in Utah and was the youngest of five children. She was a student at Brigham Young University studying secondary English education and philosophy. She was preparing to spend two months volunteering as an English teacher in Mexico. She credited her grandfather and her parents with instilling a love of teaching in her.
