Velsor family.
John Velsor (1804-1887) was a farmer and blacksmith in Westbury, N.Y.; he married Sarah Valentine (1805-1888). Their children were Elizabeth R. Velsor, who married Samuel Van Cott of Herkimer, N.Y., and Valentine Velsor, who married Ruth W. Willits of Jericho, N.Y.
