Gillet, John W.
John W. Gillet was clerk of Accomack County, Virginia, from 1850 until 1862 when he was removed by the Federal military authorities. He was again elected clerk in May 1865 and seved through part of 1869. John Cropper Wise and John James Wise were brothers of Henry A. Wise, Governor of Virginia, 1856-1860.
