Taylor, Hugh M., 1904-1987.
Hugh M. Taylor, a native of Gadsden County, Florida, was a distinguished judge and expert on Florida's Constitution. He was a circuit judge of the Second Judicial Circuit from 1947 to 1976. Taylor was a member of the Florida Constitution Revision Committee and played a major role in the revision of the state constitution in 1968. He was a member of its Executive Department Committee and chairman of its Drafting and Styles Committee.
