Huston, L. D. (Lorenzo Dow), 1820-1887
Methodist minister; journalist and editor of the Christian Advocate in Nashville, Tenn., before the Civil War; in 1874 he retired from the ministry and with his family settled in Daytona, Fla.; became first mayor of Daytona, Fla., in 1876.
