Berley & Co.

Berley and Co. was a real estate and insurance company where Rosenberg worked; Alexander Berley was an attorney acting on Alma Mahler's behalf with respect to her property at 120 E. 73rd Street. Weaver was the New York State Rent Administrator, and rendered an opinion in the matter of rent increases at the property.
