Country music performer. Born March 31, 1928. Died July 19, 1975. Real name: William Orville Frizzell. Singer, songwriter, and recording artist. His hits include "Always Late (With Your Kisses)," and "Saginaw, Michigan." Member, Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. Member, Country Music Hall of Fame.
