Duarte-Monrovia Fruit Exchange.

The Duarte-Monrovia Fruit Exchange in Los Angeles County (originally named the Duarte Fruit Exchange, then the Duarte-Monrovia Citrus Association), was one of the original seven members of the California Fruit Growers Exchange when the latter was formed in 1893.
