Hanson, A. R. (Alfred Royal), ca. 1901-fl.1974.
Hanson, an Illinois native, worked as a clerk/secretary in the vice president's office of the Chicago and North Western Railway before he became a Baptist minister in 1929, serving in various locations in Illinois. In the 1950s he was the director of Student Placement at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. By 1974 he was living in Jackson, Mississippi.
