Fisher, Edgar J.
Edgar J. Fisher was a professor of social studies, his research specifically regarding the history of the Near East. He taught at Robert College in Constantinople, as well as small colleges in Virginia. He was a proponent of international education for young adults. Fisher was also a devout Christian, and he studied, spoke, and wrote on how global politics affected the religion.
