Scott, Thomas W.
Thomas W. Scott, a farmer in East Feliciana Parish, La., was appointed the first parish judge by Governor Thomas Bolling Robertson, serving until around 1834. He also was on the first Board of Trustees of the College of Louisiana in Jackson, La.
