Deschamps, Arthur R., 1883-1974
Arthur R. Deschamps was born in the Grass Valley area, between Missoula and Frenchtown, Montana, on September 9, 1883, the fourth of eleven children of Gaspard and Denise Deschamps. He grew up on the family farm and took the farm over from his father in the 1910s. He died in Missoula in July 1974.
