Logan, Thomas Muldrup, 1840-1914.
Logan, born in Charleston, South Carolina, fought for his state during the Civil War. After the war, he located in Richmond, Virginia, where he was noted for his efforts in rehabilitating the South, including building a system of railroads and advocating the education of freed slaves.
